WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer FREE regular shipping for orders placed over $250. All other orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

SOFIA IRINA offers standard and express shipping. Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

All deliveries must be signed for, please ensure your delivery address is attended to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

We unfortunately are unable to deliver goods to a PO box or Parcel Locker.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is also available via Australia Post at a flat rate of $14.95. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive goods. Express shipping is fully trackable.

We will do our best to get your parcels out as soon as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International express postage and handling is a flat rate of $40.00 worldwide. (Prices may vary depending on your zone location.) All shipping chargers are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country of delivery. These duties are charged once the order reaches its destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges in order to clear the package from customs. We are not responsible and cannot predict the cost of duties as they vary from country to country.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We do not provide 'return labels'. Customers must return their items for store credit or exchange at their own expense.
