RETURNS

Although we hope you love all your items from Sofia Irina, we have an exchange policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

Sofia Irina will provide a size exchange or online store credit for all full price items that adhere the conditions below.

All garments must be returned in original condition and must be unworn, with all tags attached. Any garments that have been worn, damaged and/or soiled, altered or washed will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All original tags must remain attached
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition, must be unworn, unaltered or unwashed.

Sofia Irina reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender. 

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
